General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for general reasons. The only exceptions are when an item has a verified quality issue or when the wrong product was sent to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team first before taking any further action.
Please inspect your package once it is delivered. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

After receiving the required details, our team will evaluate your claim. Approved solutions are reviewed case by case and may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If a full or partial refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear in your account within 7–12 business days. Please note that the final posting time may depend on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged and the claim has been approved by our support team.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send any item back unless our support team has instructed you to do so. To be eligible for a resolution, you must contact us first and receive approval for your claim.
Any item returned without prior notice or without an approved claim will not be accepted. We will not be able to provide a refund, replacement, or other assistance for unauthorized returns.
