Thank you for shopping with aurevrae. We understand that you are looking forward to receiving your order, so we have prepared the information below to explain how our shipping process works, what delivery times to expect, and what to do if you need help with your shipment.

  1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it as quickly as possible. In most cases, order processing takes about 3 business days. During this time, we verify your order details, package your item carefully, and transfer the parcel to our shipping partner.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Time & Shipping Fee

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.

We offer a flat worldwide shipping rate of $5.99 USD. The final shipping fee will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  1. Possible Shipping Delays

Although we work hard to ship orders on time, delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control. These may include customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, or local delivery disruptions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if your package takes longer than expected.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check your shipment status on:

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent. If tracking does not appear immediately, this is normal and does not necessarily mean your package is delayed.

  1. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when products are stored in different warehouses or fulfillment centers.

When items are shipped in separate packages, each package will receive its own tracking number. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment.

  1. Order Changes

Order changes are very time-sensitive. If you need to update your shipping address, phone number, item size, color, quantity, or any other order detail, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process. However, once an order is being prepared or has already shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

  1. Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave a notice or hold your package at a local post office or pickup location.

We recommend contacting your local delivery provider directly with your tracking number for the fastest assistance. If you still need help after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete shipping details, or failure to collect the package.

  1. What To Do If Your Shipment Is Taking Longer Than Expected

If your tracking appears delayed, please first review the most recent tracking update.

If the latest update was within the past 7 days, your package is likely still moving normally through the shipping network.

If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@aurevrae.com with your order number, such as 0278SHOP-1232, and the email address used at checkout. Our support team will help review the shipment status.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how concerning it can be when a package appears to be missing. If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

If the carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement order for you at no additional cost.

Please note that once tracking confirms a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided, aurevrae is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or removed after delivery. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbors, family members, building management, your mailroom, or the local carrier first.

aurevrae ships worldwide. If we are unable to deliver to your country or region, we will contact you as soon as possible.

To help provide efficient delivery and better product availability, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers or partner facilities depending on stock location and destination.

aurevrae is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once tracking confirms successful delivery, our shipping responsibility for the order is considered complete.
